| Through workshops, individual sessions, retreats & creative life celebrations, Life Paint offers you the opportunity to ‘dip into you’ to reconnect with the images, colours, symbols and textures you hold within. These aspects, unique to each of us, create our life paint | |
| In an individual session or as part of a group, begin to gently discover and develop your unique life palette and from this palette, to create your Life Pictures. These pictures can inform you, conveying who you are, how you are and even what you can do to strengthen and enrich your life experience. In this way, Paint becomes a metaphor for life and Life Paint represents the richness and resources within you. | |

Who is Life Paint? Kellie Miles, BA Comms, Dip TAT, is the person behind Life Paint. |

|
Kellie is a qualified transpersonal art therapist based in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. Her approach is both gentle and client centred. Kellie believes we are all born with and possess genuine creativity. As children, we naturally use art to explore and express ourselves and our worlds – both inner and outer. Yet as we grow up, often getting busy and driven, we can move away from this unique resource, sometimes forgetting we were creative at all. For those that remember, often this is tainted with expectations around what it means to be artistic. The focus often shifts from playing, exploring and expressing - the natural process of creating - onto the end result - it must look good to be valuable and worthwhile. |
