One Day Workshop

Imagine one whole day set aside just for you! Don’t just image, join us….

This group runs from 10.00am to 5.00pm on either a Saturday or a Sunday. Check dates in the Workshops page for upcoming days.

Held at the Health Sanctuary in Bondi, indulge yourself with some gentle meditation in this tranquil atmosphere. Express yourself through a range of art materials and creative processes. Enjoy a delicious lunch, morning and afternoon tea.

Investment: $120.00 (includes art materials, lunch and afternoon tea)

Six Week Program

Spend 2.5hrs each week for six weeks taking some much needed time out. Held in a spacious room on the top floor of the Beach Palace Hotel in Coogee, you’ll be inspired by the incredible ocean views.

Having six weeks to gradually reconnect with yourself, relax into using the art materials and developing your creative expression is a wonderful investment for you and your family. Participants in this group have in the past formed supportive bonds and good friendships.
