The next retreat will be held on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd November. 

This retreat will be held in the beautiful harbour foreshore setting of Headland Park in Mosman. Now home to a vibrant Sydney artiist community.

This is a non residential retreat, offering you the space and opportunity to combine nature, art and meditation to step out of life’s busyness and into you own inner-space.  Across the weekend, learn how to use mandalas and your own creativity to reflect on yourself, identify healings symbols and develop your personal medicine.

This retreat is co-facilitated with friend and colleague Basia Zielinska

Cost is $260 for both days inclusive of all art materials,  delicious lunch, morning and afternoon tea.
